I slept until 9 this morning.  I woke up once for a brief moment after a bad dream, then went right back to sleep.  Switching the evening Buspar with the afternoon Klonpin helped TREMENDOUSLY!!  No Iron Man Triathalon in my sleep.  I woke feeling like I could really take on the day.  Falling asleep and waking to a quiet house helped as well.

This morning I got up, grabbed my yoga mat and did my long stretches and a few yoga poses on the patio outside in the sunlight. The weather was perfect for it.  I had my favorite meal lately-vanilla yogurt and granola.  YUMMMY!!!  I Skyped a friend in Ohio for about a half an hour.  I gave myself a pedicure on the patio and got some sun.  I talked to a friend in California.

I made homemade chocolate chip cookies while listening to “Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix” on cd.  I unloaded and loaded the dishwasher and ran it.  I washed the pans that don’t fit in the dishwasher.  I swept the kitchen floor.  I took a shower.

I went to my sister and brother in law’s for a family get together.  The kids came even though it’s their weekend with their dad.  I only intended stay a few hours, and stayed almost 4.5 hours.  It was nice.  Of course my brother in law picked on me pouring cold water down my back not once or twice, but three times requiring 2 outfit changes.  Thank goodness my sister and I are close in size now!  It’s always nice to see family and hang out with my sisters.

The down side to all of my productivity: my shoulder is hurting so badly.  I had my “sister in law” feel my bicep where it feels like a knot and she said “oh my god it’s separated”, which I KNEW there was something else wrong with it.  I sat with ice on my shoulder for about 2 hours tonight and it did ZERO for the pain-neither did Tylenol or Advil.  So I have a third opinion appt on the 18 for my shoulder and arm.  I’m not signing any papers from the lawyers or accepting a settlement.  I can’t do anything with my right arm.  I’m also going to look into a work comp lawyer.

The kids and I are in bed…I just hope I can sleep tonight, but I doubt my shoulder will let me.  At least it’s not The Running Man tonight.
